Toledo’s State agent, Mike Ashford, try legislation that is co-sponsoring H.B. 123, with Rep. Kyle Koehler of (R-Springfield) that will revise Ohio’s lending rules. The proposed legislation would relieve the duty on short-term borrowers, whom usually spend roughly the same as 600-700 per cent rates of interest.
